Product Manager · Aimo Park
Hi, I'm
Caspian. 👋
I run the short-term parking product suite at Aimo Park: the app, SMS, QR and camera-based parking used by millions of drivers across Sweden, Norway & Finland. My job is to make parking the part of their day they never have to think about.
2014 → today
From the phones to the product. 📞
I started on the customer service phones in 2014 and have worked my way through almost every seat in the house since. So I know how our products feel to the driver, the support agent and the developer.

Straight onto the phones, helping drivers with short-term parking.
-

Admin, company-wide hardware and system upgrades, and an early stakeholder in Aimo's first parking app.
-
2019
Assistant Product Owner, Mobile App
Took MobilPark from a small digital-transition project to a 2M+ user app.
-
2023
Solution Specialist
Coordinated the launch of B2B Corporate accounts, now a significant revenue stream.

Product Manager, Short-Term Parking
Own the whole short-term parking suite, end to end.
The Aimo app
Over 2,000,000 drivers carry my work in their pocket. 📱
As Assistant Product Owner, I helped grow MobilPark from a small digital-transition project into a market-leading Swedish parking app. Today it's the Aimo app, Aimo's largest parking platform, and where most of my work lands.

What I own
Four ways to park. One owner. 🅿️
Every driver is different, so we meet them where they are. I own all four products end to end: roadmap, requirements, KPIs and every trade-off in between.
-
Flagship
Aimo app
Card or Swish, start and stop, and only pay for the time you actually park. Receipt straight in the app.
-
Sweden
SMS Parking
Text a zone code and your plate to start, text again to stop. No app, no account, invoiced monthly.
-
No download
Scan & Pay
Scan the QR code on site and pay in the browser with Swish or card. Born as an experiment.
-
ANPR
Aimo Park Easy
Camera parking: your licence plate is the ticket. Drive in, drive out.
How I work
I speak business, legal & engineering. 🗣️
Good products live where those three meet. I translate between them, so nothing gets lost along the way.
-
Regulation → roadmap
I work with Legal on what incoming regulation, like new consumer-credit rules, means for payment and invoicing flows, and lay out the trade-offs and options.
-
Partnerships that pay
New revenue-generating partnerships, such as insurance. I build the commercial case from the first market read through to business sizing.
-
One scoreboard
I set suite-wide quarterly KPIs and success metrics across the app, SMS, QR and ANPR product lines.
-
Launches that land
Specs, UAT and training for support and sales. That's how B2B Corporate accounts became a new revenue stream.
Applied AI
I don't just talk about AI. I ship with it. 🤖
Spec co-pilot. An AI workflow that co-drafts product specs with me, section by section.
Newsletter engine. A semi-automated generator for my stakeholder newsletter.
Vibe-coded tools. Personal apps I've designed and shipped with AI as my pair programmer.

Off the clock
Darts, F1 & a stroller full of Pokémon. ⚡

I watch the pros on TV and play at home. I even threw a few at my own wedding.
Formula 1
I follow the calendar closely and made it to Silverstone for the 2024 British Grand Prix.

Married, and a dad since May 2026. Living and working in Uppsala.

Let's talk
Let's grab a coffee. ☕
Hiring, building something in mobility, or just want to swap product stories? I'm always up for new ideas and a good chat, and the first coffee is on me.
